Tonight’s Zedd show at Champions Square in New Orleans has been cancelled due to impending weather issues. The electronic artist was scheduled to bring his True Colors tour with special guests Alex Metric and Madeon to the outdoor venue, which sits in the shadow of the Merecedes-Benz Sueprdome.

A post on Champions Square’s Facebook page explains:

Due to projected poor weather, Zedd with Alex Metric and Madeon has had to cancel the Tour Colors tour stop in New Orleans.

Fan safety and experience is the top priority for the artists, venue and promoter and all necessary precautions need to be made to keep both fans and crew involved in this extensive production safe in the event of extreme weather.

Zedd is working on a rescheduling a date in New Orleans. Final details are not available at this time.

For all ticket refunds, fans should return to their original point of purchase. Purchases made by phone or internet will be refunded automatically.
