We’re giving away a pair of tickets to see Joe Jackson at the Joy Theater on Wednesday, October 14.

Jackson is best known for a string of new wave hits from the late 1970s and early 1980s, including “Steppin’ Out,” “Is She Really Going Out with Him?” and “You Can’t Get What You Want (Till You Know What You Want).” Now, he’s hitting the road in support of a brand new album that was partially recorded in New Orleans with the great Donald Harrison and members of Galactic.

Jackson’s newest release, Fast Forward, came out on October 2. Recorded in New York City, Amsterdam, Berlin and New Orleans, the album was was the end result of a series of four four-song EPs that were recorded in each of the different cities.
