On Saturday, February 19, the Krewe of Freret and Trombone Shorty will parade through the streets of New Orleans on magical floats with the best marching bands and performers in town, ending its procession at Mardi Gras World, where the krewe will hold its second annual Shorty Gras—a Mardi Gras ball and a music festival combined into one spectacular event.

The lineup of acts includes Trombone Shorty & Orleans Avenue, Big Freedia, Mannie Fresh, Tank and The Bangas (cover the classics), Khris Royal, Lil Jodeci, and the Original Pinettes Brass Band with special guests Boyfriend, Hasizzle, and Joshua Starkman.
