Celebrating its 20th anniversary, the annual Whitney White Linen Night will once again take over the Warehouse Arts District on Saturday, August 2.
Art galleries up and down Julia Street (200-600 blocks) and throughout the district will open their doors to the public from 6:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m.
The Contemporary Arts Center will also host events throughout the evening, with an opening reception unveiling its two new exhibitions, namely “Mark Of The Feminine” and “Outstanding Student Achievement in Contemporary Sculpture Awards,” followed by an after-party from 9:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. with DJs sets, artistic performances, cuisine and cocktails. Tickets for the CAC event are $10 and can be purchased here.
The celebrations will be completed by outdoor food stalls, as well as three stages that will welcome the sounds of Egg Yolk Jubilee, Mahayla and The Unnaturals.
