Florida’s Wanee Festival will return to Spirit of the Suwannee Music Park in Live Oak from April 20 to 22.
JamBase reports that the festival’s lineup was accidentally posted on their website earlier today. As usual jam band fans will be drawn to the event’s choice of talent, which includes Bob Weir & The Campfire Boys, Widespread Panic, Trey Anastasio Band, Gov’t Mule, Dark Star Orchestra, JJ Grey & Mofro, Leftover Salmon (performing the music of Neil Young) and many more.
Originally centered around the Allman Brothers Band, the festival was forced to shift its gears ever so slightly in 2014 after the Southern rock titans called it quits following a 45-year career. Of course, Wanee will still cater to the group’s fanbase with Allman side projects like Jaimoe’s Jasssz Band and Les Brers.
While the lineup page was taken down earlier today, Wanee plans to make an official announcement on Monday, December 5. Ticketing information is also expected in the near future.
