The ever-entertaining “Sass Cabaret” performer will host a holiday-themed concert this Saturday, December 15, at Gasa Gasa. There, she’ll be joined by “big brass circus rock” outfit, Dirty Bourbon River Show (Noah Adams on vocals, piano, guitar, accordion, trumpet; Matt Thomas on vocals, tenor and baritone saxophone, clarinet; Jimmy Williams on bass, sousaphone; Dane “Bootsy” Schindler on drums, and Sandra Love on back-up vocals). In 2017, the band released The Flying Musical Circus.
According to Sassyfras, there will be a documentary film crew in attendance, recording footage for a planned sizzle reel.
Those in attendance will see her performing some songs from her latest album, Blastoff! A Cosmic Cabaret, plus some favorites, like “Girl’s Night Out.”
Advance tickets for December 15’s Intergalactic Holiday Blowout are available here for $10, or folks can pay $12 at the door. Doors open at 9 p.m. for the 10 p.m. show.
