Umphrey’s McGee will return to New Orleans on April 14, 2016 for a show at the Joy Theater. The progressive rock-infused jam band will be supported by TAUK for the performance, which will be one of many stops on their newly announced spring tour.

The concert will come almost exactly one year after the band’s last New Orleans gig. That April 17, 2014 show at the Civic Theatre saw local mad man Mike Dillon join the group on vibraphone and percussion for a cover of Herbie Mann’s “Muscle Shoals Nitty Gritty.”

Tickets will be available to the general public via Huka Entertainment on Friday, November 13 at 10am. Pre-sale tickets will go on sale two days earlier–Wednesday, November 11–at 10am.
