The initial talent for Voodoo 2010 has been announced. Muse (pictured), Ozzy Osbourne, Weezer, MGMT, Drake, Florence the Machine, Hot Chip, Metric, Deadmau5, and Interpol lead the lineup. There’s a diverse group of artists this year, from Icelandic artist Jonsi to the country-fied Jakob Dylan and Three Legs to Kermit Ruffins. Anders Osborne, Trombone Shorty, and Galactic, who all released albums this past year, are on the list. Minus the Bear, Cage the Elephant, and the Airborne Toxic Event have also confirmed.
The festival is scheduled for October 29-31. Three-Day weekend passes are on sale for$125 online, and will be $200 at the door. The LOA Lounge VIP passes are $375 online right now and will be $500 at the gate. Go to the Voodoo Web site for tickets and more information.
