New Orleans, known worldwide for its rich musical tapestry, is gearing up for a captivating weekend filled with the soulful sounds of ragtime music. The New Orleans Ragtime Festival 2024 promises to be a treat for music enthusiasts, featuring a stellar lineup of talented musicians and special guests. The festival is set to take place from Thursday, April 4th, to Sunday, April 7th, offering an array of performances that showcase the timeless charm of ragtime melodies.

Festival Lineup: 

  • THU, APRIL 4, 6 p.m. : Seva Venet & The Storyville String Band with special guest Dr. Michael
  • FRI APRIL 5, 6-8 p.m. : Tuba Skinny
  • SAT, APRIL 6, 7-10 p.m. : The New Leviathan Oriental Foxtrot Orchestra
  • SUN, APRIL 7, 12-2 p.m. : Matt Lemmler and Steve Masakowski

Three out of the four evenings will be hosted at The New Marigny Theatre, an innovative venue nestled in the Marigny neighborhood within The Church of Arts and Sciences.
