Teaser Festival makes its 2020 debut in style as a three-day celebration devoted to delicious delicacies, well-crafted beverages, and captivating performances. In appreciation of New Orleans as the “Cradle of Creation,” the festival will feature the best burlesque performers from across the world, as well as local stars. Joined by authentic New Orleans music with a focus on the wondrous cocktails and mouth-watering dishes unique to the Crescent City, the festival will surely be one to remember. 

From January 17 to 19, the festival will gather at One Eyed Jacks on Toulouse Street in the French Quarter. Featuring the First New Orleans Queen of Burlesque, Perle Noire, as well as other New Orleans Queens of Burlesque winners, LouLou La Duchesse Derriere, MediaNoche, Minxie Mimieux,  Elle Dorado and Raquel Reed, the festival will celebrate the classic form of entertainment that helped make Bourbon Street world-renowned. In addition, reigning Miss Exotic World Frankie Fictitious and Burlesque Hall of Fame winners Kitten N’ Lou will star in this fabulous weekend of eye-popping glamour. Other important performers include Isaiah Esquire, Ivory Fox, Johnny Nuriel, The Midnight Foxes and Raven. 

The diverse catalogue of enchanting performances will start with the “Queen of the Striptease,” a showcase featuring world-famous stripteasers set to a live jazz band. In commemoration of the royalty crowned in New Orleans each year, the festival will crown a new Queen of the Striptease. However, the fun does not end there. You can join a post-striptease dance and drag event all to the tune of New Orleans’ local DJ Nice Rack.
