As a member of the Louisiana music community, OffBeat wants your input for the 2019 Best of the Beat Awards nominations. This is your opportunity to nominate the most deserving musicians, bands and businesses of the year.

Let us know about the bands, music and musicians you feel left their marks on New Orleans and Louisiana this year. Please remember, OffBeat will only consider suggestions pertaining to accomplishments in 2019. Once OffBeat has finalized this year’s nominations ballot from your suggestions, it will be released to the public, whose vote will decide the winners. The music community nominates; the public decides the winners… and of course, you can also vote again in the final ballot.

To make a suggestion for any of the categories listed in this survey, simply fill out the corresponding field beneath each item. Please do not enter more than one suggestion per category. Multiple suggestions will not be taken into consideration. Space to list additional suggestions is provided at the end. Skipping or leaving a category blank will not affect your submission. The first question (general information) must be completed to ensure submission. You can only complete the survey once from one computer.
