The New Orleans Center for Creative Arts’ (NOCCA) annual Home for Holidays fundraiser will return to the House of Blues New Orleans on thursday, December 22.
This year’s edition of the concert will feature sets from a stellar assortment of local artists, including Trombone Shorty and Friends, John Boutte, Rebirth Brass Band, Kermit Ruffins and the BBQ Swingers, Big Sam, Khris Royal, Robin Barnes, Shamarr Allen and the Underdawgs, Herlin Riley, James Andrews, Stanton Moore Trio, David Torkanowsky, James Singleton and Cyril Neville.
Gralen Bank will emcee the night.
Home for the Holidays is a fundraiser in support of the Daniel Price Memorial Find for Aspiring Artists, a nonprofit that honors the memory of NOCCA alumnus Daniel Price by providing scholarships to outstanding visual arts and music students from the school.
The concert will take place from 8pm to midnight, though the patron party will and silent auction will go from 6:30pm to 8pm and will feature a performance from Thomas.
Tickets for Home for the Holidays are currently on sale. Those that purchase patron tickets will have access to the patron party, as well as other amenities, throughout the night.
