The Soul Rebels have announced a run of dates with acclaimed rapper Talib Kweli.

The ensemble will team up with the Brooklyn MC in February, when they swing through Philadelphia (2/17), Washington, DC (2/18), Fairfield, CT (2/19) and Cambridge, MA (2/20).

The outing will mark the latest hip-cop collaboration from the Soul Rebels, who have performed with Rakim, Black Thought, Mobb Deep, Pharoahe Monch, Styles P and Joey Bada$$ over the past few years. In fact, the news comes just one day before the band is slated to join Joey Bada$$ at the House of Blues New Orleans for a Voodoo Music + Art Experience pre-party.

Additionally, the group also released their Power = Power mixtape in 2013. The compilation features reworkings of tracks by Jay-Z, Drake, Kanye West, Nicki Minah and a rendition of Daft Punk’s “Get Lucky” with New Orleans bounce icon Big Freedia.

Tickets for the new dates with Talib Kweli will go on sale in the near future.
