This Sunday, August 16th, Kajun’s Pub hosts the first “Sixties Sing A Long,” a “mass karaoke” night where everyone can belt out their favorite sixties rock tunes together.

Back in the nineties and before he’d moved to New Orleans, organizer Mike Weinberger had hosted popular “sing alongs” where attendees had sung from lyric books. He’s upped the technology factor for Kajun’s, which will screen custom-made, lyrics-added, music videos to tunes by the Beatles, the Stones, the Kinks, Sonny and Cher, Nancy Sinatra, the Animals, and more.

The party starts at 7:30 p.m. and it’s free of charge.
