21-year old New Orleans-based singer-songwriter Sarah Gardner will release her new single, “No Such Love,” on March 31. Sarah has made waves with her unique sound and heartfelt lyrics for years. After struggling to find her musical niche, Gardner decided to leave genre behind and make music on her terms. Her debut EP, Fall from Grace, was released in May 2022 and showcased her talent for scaled-back sound and thoughtful lyrics.

Gardner’s music is noticeably inspired by artists such as Adrianne Lenker, Lucy Dacus and Haley Heynderickx. She typically plays on a thin-bodied, classical guitar and focuses on the power of her words to convey emotion and meaning. 

Gardner, who studied classical voice before relocating to New Orleans to pursue a degree in Popular and Commercial Music, is ready to imbue her new release with a sense of vulnerability that speaks to the experiences of many in the LGBTQ+ community.
