Royal Southern Brotherhood, fresh off their recent Blues Music Award, are in contention for a British Blues Award in the “Overseas” category.
“We are honored and appreciates the nomination,” the band said in an email. “We love all of our fans and we have been fortunate enough to travel around the world getting to play our brand of music for everyone. We send our love to everyone in the UK and abroad. Thank you to all the Loyal Royals.”
With a new album, Heartsoulblood, set for release June 10, this nomination comes at a good time for the Cyril Neville led band.
