Rickie Lee Jones has picked up a thing or two during quarantine – you can now add live-streaming from her living room to the chanteuse’s repertoire. Jones will host an intimate virtual live performance via Facebook this Friday, September 18 at 7 p.m. CDT.

In her April cover story, the singer-songwriter detailed her new skillset. “In a way, this is a dream come true,” she told OffBeat. “For years, I’d joke that I would rather play from my house for the whole wide world, than to have to travel to each city. Because it’s hard to be 65 years old traveling around the world, staying in hotels, going through airports, and dealing with all the drama that’s constantly going on in a performance.” Those who tune in can anticipate a steady stream of upward hearts as she performs and shares stories.

Tickets for the show are on sale now at this link. The cost is $15 in advance and $20 day of show. As an added bonus, all ticket holders will be able to replay the concert on demand until Monday, September 21.
