“Thank goodness it’s Tuesday,” doesn’t exactly have a good ring to it – and for good reason: There’s hardly anything remarkable about Tuesdays unless… you happen to find yourself at the Maple Leaf Bar strutting along with the Rebirth Brass Band. There’s no denying that the Grammy-winning second liners weekly staple keeps the pulse of the New Orleans music scene going. So while the weekend may be nowhere near in sight, here’s a good reason to get up and get down for Tuesdays.
