The Mystery In Old Bloodbath New Orleans Premiere Film Screening
Now, we all know that Mr. Quintron and Miss Pussycat are always up to something… but they might really have outdone themselves this time. An entire puppet film series? Yep. Sounds like Quintron & Pussycat. Not only is their new puppet film, The Mystery In Old Bloodbath debuting in New Orleans on March 1, but then, it’s going on tour.
Synopsis: Something is wrong with the Happy Tree! For some reason, he can’t send out secret messages anymore. Trixie and Marsha set off to an ancient spa town to find a cure before all his branches fall off. But this town is kind of funny and the historic Art Museum of Bloodbath seems to have some secrets of it’s own. And so does the drummer JJ Suade… Adventure unfolds as Trixie and Marsha try to save the Happy Tree and look at art made by thirsty people. The film is written and directed by Miss Pussycat and Quintron in New Orleans with an all–puppet cast and talented puppeteers!
The Mystery in Old Bloodbath is Miss Pussycat and Quintron’s latest puppet movie and the next adventure for Trixie and the Treetrunks. The New Orleans premiere is March 1, 2013 at the Prytania Theater and Quintron will serenade movie-goers with the electric organ during an opening music set, while an intimate Q&A with Miss Pussycat will be held immediately following the film.
The premiere film screening on March 1 is also a special treat for New Orleanians who attend this advance screening, as the film will then visit several cities across the country, such as New York City, Nashville and Jacksonville, FL, starting in April.
