Pretty Lights will ring in the New Year with a pair of back-to-back shows at New Orleans’ Mardi Gras World on December 30 and December 31. The electronic music star, who now calls the Crescent City home, will play two sets with his live band, a group that brings Pretty Lights innovative EDM sound to life with good old fashioned instruments.
However, Pretty Light won’t be the only act on the bill. The nights’ supporting performers were announced yesterday, and the lineup includes some solid acts from the hip-hop, electronic music and New Orleans brass worlds.
New Orleans rapper Curren$y will join forces with The Soul Rebels fo an opening set on December 30. That night will also feature support from Manic Focus and Chris Karns.
Emancipator and Maddy O’Neal will get things started with opening sets on December 31. That night will close out with an extended set from Pretty Lights.
Additionally. fans will have the option to purchase PLM Family Passes, which provide access to exclusive performances by Supervision and Wax Future on December 30, and Eliot Lipp and Outlet on December 31.
