Pretty Lights will return to New Orleans later this year for a New Year’s Eve concert.
Confirmation of the show came via an image of the city was posted to the popular electronic artist’s Facebook page. Little information was revealed beyond the fact that the it will take place in New Orleans on New Year’s Eve, so the exact time and location are still a mystery.
Pretty Lights last performed in the city back in March when he headlined the Buku Music + Arts Project with his live band. That stopover also saw him play a late night after show at the Joy Theater with the Preservation Hall Horns, as well as an unannounced set under the downtown I-10 overpass.
More information on Pretty Light’s New Year’s Eve show will be posted as it becomes available.
In related news, Pretty Lights isn’t the only big name out-of-town performer that will host a gig in New Orleans this New Year’s Eve. Comedian Amy Schumer is slated to bring her set to the Smoothie King Center the same night.
