Musicians, members of the New Orleans Saints and OffBeat Publisher Jan Ramsey were among the judges for the 2011 Oak Street Po-Boy Festival. Today, the winners were announced, and some of the top po-boys came from vendors not automatically associated with the city’s signature sandwich:

Best Seafood (Shrimp): WOW Wingery’s Shanghai Shrimp Po-boy
Best Seafood (Non-Shrimp): Redfish Grill’s Oyster Po-boy
Best Poultry: Sammy’s Food Service’s Ray-Ray Po-boy
Best Specialty (Non-Seafood): Saltwater Grill’s Bread Pudding Po-boy
Best Specialty (Seafood): Ridge Deli & Bistro’s Shrimp Remoulade Po-boy
