Last weekend (November 1 – 3), the Voodoo Music Experience held its 15th ritual in City Park and first on the park’s year-old festival grounds. Highlights from the fest included performances from: Pearl Jam, the Cure, Kid Rock, Macklemore & Ryan Lewis, Dr. John, Allen Stone, Andrew Duhon, A Silent Film, the Breton Sound, CC Adcock & the Lafayette Marquis, the Dirty Bourbon Rivershow, Flow Tribe, G-Eazy, Glen David Andrews, He’s My Brother She’s My Sister, John Michael Rouchell, Leslie Blackshear Smith & Double Black, the Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Quintron & Miss Pussycat, Royal Teeth, Shovels & Rope, Those Darlins, the Virginmarys, Youngblood Hawke, and ZZ Ward.
