Photos: Saturday’s Halloween Festivities Take Over Frenchmen Street, French Quarter

Thousands gathered on Frenchmen Street and in the French Quarter on Saturday night to celebrate Halloween two days early. Among the reveler were the Pair~a~Dice Tumblers, a brass band that takes to the streets every year for the Saturday before Halloween.
