You can get pretty much everything at the New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival: music, culture, food, free hugs, acrobatics, blenders, and carpentry lessons.
Photographer Willow Haley captured some of that indelible Jazz Fest spirit as she made her way across the fairgrounds on Thursday, May 1.
She caught a capoeira participant mid-leap, an enthusiastic String Cheese Incident fan, Lyle Lovett, Roger Lewis from the Dirty Dozen Brass Band getting down with a fan on stage, Solange, and free hugs being distributed.
