Just before Halloween on October 22nd, the Krewe of BOO parade marched through the streets of downtown New Orleans. People gathered in the streets dressed in colorful costumes, walking and on floats as they celebrated, cheered and danced all night. The parade ended on the street of Tchoupitoulas to Andrew Higgins Drive, following a post party celebration.
