Tipitina’s and NOLAxNOLA presented an All-Star Tribute to Stevie Wonder that featured guests Irma Thomas, Cyril Neville, Kermit Ruffins, Deacon John, Jon Cleary, Nigel Hall, Big Sam Williams and more on Thursday, October 3, 2024.

The evening was emceed by Anjelikah “Jelly” Joseph and all guests took turn performing Stevie Wonder classics such as “Living for the City,” “I Just Called To Say I Love You,” “Sir Duke,” Superstition,” “I Wish,” and so many others. The all-star band, fronted by Jelly, was directed by bassist Cornell Williams and featured Stanton Moore, Ari Teitel among others.
