Fringe Fest wrapped up its fifth annual socio-theatrical spectacular last night. The avant-garde cultural experience, which features an expansive array of stage shows, has quickly established itself amongst New Orleans’ favorte fall events.
In keeping with the spirit of the season’s longest-standing cultural celebration, the GoodChildren Fringe Fest Parade second-lined up St. Claude Avenue on Saturday afternoon, November 17. The parade’s sponsor, the GoodChildren Social Aid & Pleasure Club, is a grassroots non-profit organization which seeks to revitalize St. Claude-area neighborhoods through celebration and cultural preservation.
