[Photos] French Quarter Fest Braves the Storm

The 2023 edition of the French Quarter Festival took flight despite a hefty rainstorm on Saturday, April 15, 2023. The downpour forced a halt to the festivities, but by 4pm almost all stages were back to their programing for another big day of music in New Orleans.
