One of the most anticipated parades of the season, the Krewe of Muses, paraded through the streets of Uptown on Thursday, February 4.

Solange Knowles presided as this year’s honorary muse in the all-female parade, as beads, various artifacts and the coveted shoes were thrown in the crowd.

The Krewe of Muses was preceded by the satire-heavy Krewe of Chaos parade.
