Photos: 2015 Best of the Beat Music Business Awards

The 2015 Best of the Beat Music Business Awards took place at the Orpheum Theater on Wednesday, January 13.

The ceremony was held in honor of the leaders in New Orleans’ music industry for their achievements in 2015. Among the winners were Chickie Wah Wah for Best Club, WWNO for Best Radio Station and Tipitina’s owners Roland and Mary Von Kurnatowski for the Lifetime Achievement Award in Music Business. The second part of this year’s Best of the Beat Awards, recognizing achievements in music, will take place at Generations Hall on Thursday, January 21.
