Congratulations are in order for Carrie Knopf, the winner of OffBeat and the House of Blues Steve Earle and John Hiatt double ticket giveaway contest. Earle performed last Friday (October 12) and Hiatt, this Wednesday (October 17). Photographer Kim Welsh attended Hiatt’s concert and captured these highlights.
