1.5 oz Bulldog Gin
0.75 oz Bittermens Tepache Spiced Pineapple Liqueur
0.5 oz Thyme Syrup
0.5 oz Lemon Juice
0.25 oz Luxardo Amaro Abano
Herbsaint
Fresh Thyme
First, spray the neck of a coup glass with Herbsaint. Second, coat coup glass with the Luxardo Amaro Abano. Next, combine and shake Bulldog Gin, Pineapple Liqueur, Thyme Syrup, and lemon. Strain up. Garnish with fresh thyme and a sprinkle of salt. Last, ENJOY!

Recipe:
2 oz Bulldog Gin
2-3 slices cucumber
3 mint leaves
1 tsp raw sugar
1/2 lime
1. Take 1-2 slices cucumber in bottom of martini shaker
2. Add 1 tsp raw sugar and 1/2 oz gin
3. Muddle until sugar has broken down
4. Add 2 mint leaves and muddle just enough to release oils from leaves, but do not pulverize
5. Fill shaker with ice and Squeeze juice from 1/2 lime over ice
6. Add remaining 1.5oz gin, cover and shake vigorously.
7. Garnish martini glass with mint leaf, slice of cucumber, and slice of lime
