Bastille Day was this past Saturday, and as the good former French colony that we are, New Orleans celebrated not only with a festival in Mid-City courtesy of the Faubourg St. John Neighborhood Association, but also a second line through the French Quarter led by the Pair-O-Dice Tumblers brass band.
