The Ogden Museum of Southern Art will present June Victory and the Bayou Renegades at their Ogden After Hours event on Thursday, October 2.
June Victory and the Bayou Renegades are an Indian/Funk group dedicated to spreading the music and culture of New Orleans throughout the world.
The band is composed of June Victory of June Squared and the Spy Boy All-Stars, with Jasmin on drums, Earl Nunez on bass, and Lloyd Daly on the keyboard.
Each Thursday evening, the Ogden Museum of Southern Art presents Ogden After Hours, featuring a live musical performance by Southern Musicians and an interview by a Southern music historian.
The music to be featured at Ogden After Hours by the Bayou Renegades is one of New Orleans’ greatest musical hybrids, Indian Funk.
The performance will begin at 6 p.m. on October, 2, tickets are $10 and can be bought at the door or online.
