NOLA Funk Fest Returns for a Second Year

The vibrant beats and soulful rhythms of New Orleans are set to echo once again as the Second Annual NOLA Funk Fest gears up for an exciting return on October 18-20, 2024. Following the tremendous success of its inaugural year, this year’s festival promises an even greater infusion of energy, excitement, and funk into the heart of New Orleans.

Last year’s festival drew music aficionados from across the nation and around the world, creating an electrifying atmosphere in New Orleans. Building on this success, NOLA Funk Fest 2024 promises an exceptional lineup of artists and immersive cultural experiences, including symposia and a new exhibition on Louisiana Blues.

Organizers plan to unveil the festival’s lineup on March 23 during a special funk show at Tipitina’s. Pre-sale ticket buyers, along with purchasers of the new Louisiana local ticket, will gain entry to this show, allowing them to secure tickets at a significant discount. Louisiana residents can purchase up to six General Admission tickets with a Louisiana driver’s license at the March show.

NOLA Funk Fest serves as a public preview of The Louisiana Music & Heritage Experience (LMHE), a forthcoming grand-scale museum dedicated to preserving the rich musical history of the state. For more about LMHE, visit www.lmhe.live.

Tickets for NOLA Funk Fest 2024 will be available for purchase starting Friday, January 12, at 10 a.m. Early bird tickets, offering fans a limited-time discounted rate, will be on sale as well.
