On Friday, March 20, connoisseurs and novices alike can learn a wealth of information on what is up-and-coming in the wine and food world in various lab events. You can be sure to walk away with a fresh perspective on the culinary arts. Then, test your brand new knowledge at the grand tasting event Friday evening. Accompanied by food served by New Orleans’ finest chefs, you can taste top wines from around the world and meet winemakers with questions about different styles and varieties. The evening event will culminate with the Fleur de Lis Culinary Awards and opportunities to discuss the world of fine dining with both well renowned and rising star chefs alike.
