The New Orleans Opera Association is having a contest and raffling off chances for one person to win “dinner for two” for an entire year. The raffle tickets are $100 for one chance or $500 for six, and only 1,000 tickets will be sold. Louisiana Eats! host, Poppy Tooker, will announce the winning name on the Mahalia Jackson Theater stage Sunday, November 20th prior to the company’s production of Hansel and Gretel. The winner will take home all 52 gift certificates. You do not need to be present to win.
