Saturday night at the Howlin’ Wolf, the New Orleans Ladies Arm Wrestlers (NOLAW) held their first brawl of 2012: “Give Up Don’t Give In: A Lenten Brawl”. The Camel Toe Lady Steppers provided a halftime show along with a performance by Praline Dupree of Bustout Burlesque, and Justin Thomas and OffBeat contributor Brian Boyles DJed throughout the night.

Proceeds from the brawl went to the Birthmark Doula Collective. Each NOLAW brawl has a different charity to which money raised from door donations and bets on wrestlers is given. For more info on the group and future brawls, visit NOLAW.org.
