At the 10th Annual New Orleans Burlesque Festival, a new “Queen of Burlesque” was crowned, and Kim Welsh was on site to capture all the titillating action. Lou Lou la Duchesse de Rière came out victorious at this year’s competition, in which each contestant performed a striptease with the accompaniment of a live traditional jazz band.
