The Abita New Orleans International Beer Festival will return on Saturday, June 4. The 5th annual edition of the event will take place in its longtime home Champions Square from 2-6 p.m. This year’s festival was originally slated to take place in March, but organizers were forced to postpone it due to inclement weather.
Admission to Beer Fest will include unlimited two-ounce samplings of over 150 different beers, along with a commemorative sampling mug. A full list of participating breweries can be found here.
However, the festival will offer much more than just a beer tasting. There will be live music from Will Vance & the Kinfolk, as well as a silent disco, a beer mixology garden with craft beer cocktails, plenty of food, a cornhole tournament, karaoke and more.
Additionally, Brew University will return for a series of educational sessions. Topics will include pairing beer with food, brew news from around the world, and an introduction to limited release beers.
Tickets for Beer Fest are on sale now.
