“Now you see it” will get a whole new meaning when the Naked Magic show comes to New Orleans’ Mahalia Jackson Theater on Thursday, July 28.

The show is the work of Australian comedians/magicians Christopher Wayne and Mike Tyler, whose “R-Rated” set was a hit in their home country before they took it overseas to Asia and the United States. Evidently, the critically-acclaimed performance combines traditional magic tricks with the sensibilities of a Bourbon Street bachelorette party. As the event’s press release notes, the Naked Magic Show proves that “good magicians don’t need sleeves and great magicians don’t need pants.”

Tickets for the Naked Magic Show at the Mahalia Jackson Theater will go on sale via Ticketmaster on Friday, June 24 at 10am.
