Dr. Funkenstein and his Mothership Connection announced a 20-city national tour that will bring them to New Orleans. The Mardi Gras Madness Tour kicks off January 31 in Chicago, IL and ends up in Detroit, MI on March 8. On March 4, George Clinton and Parliament Funkadelic will touch down at the Joy Theater for what promises to be a spectacle from one of the most celebrated musical outfits of all time.
For the second time in a row, the funk legends are bringing the show on the road, and the full tour dates follow:

Tickets for the Sunday, March 4 show in New Orleans are now on sale and range from $35 to $65. The show is all ages and doors open at 7p.m.
