Super Bowl XLVII may have put a pause in Mardi Gras season, but it surely didn’t slow down the celebration, as the second half of Mardi Gras 2013 picked up right where the first left off. Thankfully neither did photographer Kim Welsh whose steady trigger finger never missed a beat.
