On Wednesday, the Whole Foods Markets on Magazine Street and Veterans’ Memorial Boulevard will donate 5 percent of the day’s net sales to the not-for-profit New Orleans Musicians Clinic (NOMC). As we’ve reported, a grant important to the continued function of the NOMC won’t be renewed, so the clinic that provides health care to the city’s music community is looking to make up the shortfall.

At the Arabella Station location (5600 Magazine St.), there will also be live in-store performances:

12 p.m. – the Pfister Sisters

1. p.m. – Armand St. Martin’s C’est Bon Jazz Trio

2. p.m. – Charles Moore

3 p.m. – Treme Brass Band

5 p.m. – Ready Teddy and the Swampdaddys
