The Music & Culture Coalition of New Orleans (MaCCNO) will celebrate its 7th anniversary with a benefit concert featuring a bevy of local favorites.
On Friday, October 4, the non-profit focused on preserving New Orleans’ music and cultural community through policy change and economic impact, will host the event at Hi-Ho Lounge. There, supporters will be treated to performances from Brass-A-Holics, Camel Toe Lady Steppers, Bo Dollis Jr. & the Wild Magnolias, Nice Rack and more.
“We’re celebrating our 7th year of advocacy work for and with New Orleans-based musicians, culture bearers and street performers,” MaCCNO says of the event. As the party serves as a fundraiser, folks are encouraged to purchase a $10 advance ticket or pay $15 at the door. One-hundred percent of the proceeds will go towards MaCCNO’s extensive work.
