Louisiana Red Hot Records will host a virtual song circle with #Tag5Musicians on Saturday, April 4, to amplify songs of hope around the world — kicking off on all social media platforms at 10 a.m. CDT and continuing all day.
On Saturday, #Tag5Musicans will invite musicians to perform a song of hope on all social platform, then tag five fellow performers to jump in virtually for a song circle that keeps
growing exponentially.
The label’s roster includes Louisiana-based artists Glen David Andrews, Dwayne Dopsie and the Zydeco Hellraisers, Roland Guerin, Corey Henry, Lilli Lewis, Cyril Neville, The Two’s, Waterseed, Cole Williams and more – and these musicians will kick off the #Tag5Musicians effort.
#Tag5Musicians is open to all musicians to share songs of encouragement wherever they may be based, not just Louisiana Red Hot Records artists, and participants can post a link to their Venmo, PayPal or preferred donation mode to keep a virtual tip jar rolling during this time off the road. The goal is to not only bring listeners songs of hope, but also to help
each musician broaden their worldwide audience.
