Yesterday Lil Wayne announced the stops on his modestly named “I Am Music II” Tour, and one will be the New Orleans Arena on April 14. He’ll be joined on the tour by protege Nicki Minaj (who had a hot second-half of 2010), Rick Ross, Travis Barker and Mix Master Mike.
