Jazz Fest 2015 just got an extra shot of rock ‘n’ roll as former New Orleans resident Lenny Kravitz was added to this year’s lineup.

Speculation has been running rampant across social media as people attempted to fill in a tantalizing “TBA” on the Jazz Fest daily lineup for Sunday, May 3, with everyone from the Rolling Stones to Paul McCartney, who was also rumored as a surprise guest at this year’s Gretna Fest.

Kravitz joins the lineup fresh from his appearance with Katy Perry at her Super Bowl halftime show.

There’s no word whether Perry’s dancing sharks will appear with Kravitz, but masterful showman Kravitz will surely put out a killer set.

Kravitz hasn’t appeared at Jazz Fest since 2004.

He joins Elton John, The Who, Jimmy Buffett, Tony Bennett & Lady Gaga, No Doubt, Keith Urban, Pitbull, John Legend, Ed Sheeran, T.I., Trombone Shorty, The Meters and hundreds more at this year’s Jazz Fest.
