The tenth annual Tales of the Cocktail festival certainly lived up its reputation. Throngs of cocktail enthusiasts, mixologists, and drink lovers packed the French Quarter this past weekend, partaking in the festival’s seminars, competitions, tasting rooms, dinners, and after-hours parties. OffBeat’s Kim Welsh was on hand for the festivities, but the shots she was busy taking aren’t the kind that leave you with a hangout in the morning.
